Chicken Rice Paper Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Chicken Schnitzel or 1/2 Shredded Chicken Breast 
  • Coleslaw Mix 
  • Rice paper 
  • Kecup Manis Sweet Soy Sauce 
  • Bean Sprouts 
  • Kewpie Mayo 
  • Avocado 

Method

  1. Wash bean sprouts. Cook chicken Schnitzel in airfryer or fry pan and cut into strips. Alternatively, you can buy a BBQ chicken and shred a breast.
  2. Prepare bowl with HOT water
    Place rice paper roll into bowl and make sure the hot water has soaked it, place it onto a chopping board and at the end closest to you leaving a few CMS.
  3. Put small amount of coleslaw, bean sprouts, avo and chicken. Add kewpie mayo and sauce over (don’t add too much) fold rice paper over and roll once. Then fold sides over and continue to roll.

Note: If prepping these for lunch the next day, you’ll need to leave the sauces out and airfry them, you can serve with sauce the next day.
