Overnight Oars (Apple Pie)

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolls Oats 
  • 1/2 An Apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup
  • 1 Serve Chobani or YoPro Yogurt
  • 100ml Almond Milk 
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Optional: 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 

Method

  1. Cut up apple into cubes. Place in a bowl and cover with cinnamon and syrup. Then microwave for 2 minutes or until soft.
  2. In a container place oats, sprinkle with chia seeds and pour almond milk over top.
  3. In a separate bowl mix yogurt with protein powder until combined. Take apples out of the microwave and pour them over the oats, then pour yogurt over the top of the oats as well.
  4. Place in fridge for minimum 5 hours or overnight. You can shake to combine further.
